Advanced Bio-Surfaces Announces New CEO Experienced CEO is ready to drive company’s commercialization MINNEAPOLIS, November 14, 2007 /PRNewswire/ -- Advanced Bio-Surfaces, Inc., (ABS) announced today that David Lorenzi has joined the company as its new President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Lorenzi will also serve as a member of the ABS Board of Directors. The company’s founder and former CEO, Jeffrey Felt, M.D. will serve as Chairman and Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Lorenzi is a seasoned executive with expertise in leading the commercial growth of orthopedic medical devices companies. ABS Founder, Dr. Jeff Felt praised David’s acumen, citing his “established record of bringing focus to organizations and his reputation as a leader possessing both the experience and drive needed to lead ABS to profitability.
